2. Donations
All donations made to VCT are voluntary.

Donations support VCT’s charitable programs including education, community development, healthcare, and relief initiatives.

Donors are responsible for the accuracy of information provided.

3. Payment Processing
All online donations are processed securely through authorized third-party payment gateways, including Razorpay or other approved service providers.

VCT does not store sensitive payment information such as:

  • Credit or debit card numbers
  • CVV
  • PIN
  • Net banking credentials
  • UPI PINs

Any payment-related technical issues arising from banking systems or payment
gateway providers shall be governed by the terms and policies of the respective
service providers.

4. Tax Benefits
Eligible donations may qualify for tax benefits under applicable Indian laws,
including Section 80G of the Income-tax Act, 1961, subject to statutory
requirements.

Issuance of tax exemption certificates shall be subject to:

  • Successful receipt of donation
  • Submission of required donor information
  • Compliance with applicable statutory requirements

VCT reserves the right to request additional information necessary for issuing tax receipts.

5. Intellectual Property
All website content, unless otherwise stated, all content on the website,
including but not limited to:

    • Logos
    • Trademarks
    • Photographs
    • Videos
    • Documents
    • Publications
    • Graphics
    • Designs
    • Text
    • Program material

    is the exclusive property of VCT and is protected under applicable intellectual
    property laws. It can’t be reproduced or used without prior written permission.

     

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VCT shall not be liable for any direct,
indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or
relating to:

  • Use of the website
  • Inability to access the website
  • Technical interruptions
  • Errors or omissions in website content
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Unauthorized access to systems beyond VCT’s reasonable control

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.

8. Amendments
VCT may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website
constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
